Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of AI-powered solutions and driving business growth through innovative AI strategies.

• AI Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement AI roadmaps that align with our business vision and goals.
• AI-powered Business Models: Generate and develop new AI-powered business models that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
• AI Platform Development: Lead the development of AI platforms and products, including architecture, design, implementation, and AI infrastructure.
• AI Automation: Oversee the completion of AI automation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Provide hands-on guidance and expertise in AI architecture and design, driving data excellence across the organization.
• Business Model Innovation: Develop and propose new business models that leverage AI to drive growth and revenue.
• Team Coaching and Mentorship: Coach and mentor team members, defining best AI/ML practices and overseeing model training and optimization.
• Model Deployment: Build and deploy end-to-end ML models, leveraging metrics to support predictions, recommendations, search, and growth strategies.

• Education: Master's or PhD in computational modeling, machine learning, statistics, computer science, or AI.
• Experience: More than 15 years of experience in modern databases, cloud environments, and data ecosystems, with high-level experience in AI/ML fundamentals.
• Technical Skills: Strong background in software development and end-to-end AI/ML work, with proficiency in deep programming to implement solutions in production.
• Business Acumen: Experience in developing AI/ML-focused business and go-to-market strategies for enterprises and startups.
• Leadership: Proven experience in building AI/ML-based products and platforms, managing teams of technical and non-technical individuals to deliver results under fast-paced timelines.
