Job Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design.
  • At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Delivery, including at least 4 years in Performance Testing.
  • At least 4 years of experience in performance testing, analysis (client-side and server-side), and reporting skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in non-functional requirements with various stakeholders.
  • Solid experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts.
  • At least 4 years of experience in tools like HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace, or CA Introscope, along with Open Source and Native Performance tools for Web/App and DB layers.
  • At least 3 years of working knowledge in debugging performance scripts and identifying performance issues using monitoring tools; interaction with various stakeholders for performance issue resolution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in PT phases and prerequisites for data setup.
  • Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
  • Ability to lead/handle a team of up to 10 core engineers from a local or remote location.
  • Experience with the financial domain is preferred.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with IT.
