Position Summary
The Management Trainee Program is designed to equip members of the Seminole Tribe of Florida with the skills necessary for a successful career in the gaming and hospitality sectors. Participants will engage in a comprehensive training regimen that includes hands-on experience, specialized workshops, and mentorship focused on best management practices.
This program typically spans two to three years, tailored to the individual’s prior experience and progression rate. Trainees will have the opportunity to work at various locations, ensuring a well-rounded experience across different facets of the business. Certain training components will require attendance at specific venues.
Candidate Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years
Entry into the program is based on availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
