Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Clinical Fellow, you will work one-on-one with developmentally delayed babies and toddlers, providing individualized therapy sessions and collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure carryover between sessions.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to babies and toddlers, utilizing evidence-based practices and resources to help them reach their milestones.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them on strategies for supporting their child's development and ensuring carryover between sessions.
- Complete EI-related documentation in our electronic platform, including session notes, progress notes, and amendment forms as needed.
- Participate in monthly group meetups, weekly in-person or virtual meetings with your CF supervisor, and in-person clinical supervision (minimum 3 hours per week).
- Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration and opportunities for continued education.
- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or its equivalent from an accredited university.
- Ability to independently set and manage a caseload, process documentation in a timely manner, and effectively communicate with your CF supervisor, families, and Bloomer Health personnel.
- A competitive hourly rate of $70.00 per hour.
