As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages to our guests, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures, ensuring proper proportions and ingredients, and controlling costs to provide a consistent product to our guests.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Environment: Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency, set up the bar and back bar according to established procedures, and perform pre and post-shift side work, including stock service station and making coffee.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner, follow up to ensure guest satisfaction, and provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer service experience, including cash handling, preferably previous Barista experience.
- Qualifications: Be incredibly friendly, customer-centric, and love to smile and radiate a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers.
- Appearance and Dress: Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
