Job DescriptionThe Clinic Manager Nurse will oversee the Primary Care Clinic, managing a team of Clinic staff including Nurses, Techs, and front-end staff. This role reports to the Director of Clinic Operations and involves hiring, firing, onboarding, training, and evaluating staff. The Clinic Manager Nurse will also assist with quality standards, establish and maintain policies and procedures, and collaborate with clinic leadership to coordinate clinic program development.
