The Blossoms at Mountain View is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observation and Evaluation: Conduct regular rounds to assess the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Medication Administration: Prepare and administer medications as required, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with physicians, the director of nursing, and other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Long-Term Care Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in long-term care environments.
- Qualifications: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas (or hold a compact license).
Requirements:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
