- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
- Assist members with their club pick up orders, ensuring that products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures.
- Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
