Marketing Graphics Specialist

Job Summary

The Marketing Graphics Specialist will be primarily responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with the conceptual design and graphic production of media advertising and marketing collateral.

This role will also involve current analysis of member information and direct campaign implementation using various media channels, including mail, email, mobile banking, and the Orpheus Online Banking platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in creating concepts for advertising campaigns and produce advertising materials.
  • Assist in graphic design of media advertising and marketing collateral.
  • Collateral material copywriting, revising existing product and service publications, and concept and production supervision of new material.
  • Participate in the creation of Mobile Banking and ATM campaigns.
  • Conduct research on available data to determine the effectiveness of media campaigns.
  • Support and follow up with internal customers (branches) and vendors, checking the status of jobs already in progress.
  • Involved in the production of newsletters, direct mail, and database maintenance.
  • Involved in community organizations and events.
  • Copying, typing, and filing support.
  • CU promotion at special events, devising ways to maximize promotional benefits, supplying ads, premiums, and collateral material, solving logistical issues, and participating in events.
  • Community outreach, coordinating contests, health fairs, surveys, solving logistical issues, and assisting in follow-up.
  • Coordination of member events and meetings, coordinating and facilitating functions.
  • Cooperation in projects involving the entire Marketing team.
  • Proofreading of various marketing texts (Polish and English).
  • Variety of administrative functions, including bill processing, correspondence, and writing in English and Polish.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities, as required or assigned.
Requirements

BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

2 years of marketing/graphics design experience.

Native or near-native knowledge of English preferred.

English/Polish bilingual required.
