Responsibilities
  • Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
  • Sell parts to customers, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Look up records and enter customer information into our system.
  • Answer customer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
  • Receive and account for all incoming parts.
  • Provide customers with accurate pricing and availability information.
  • Ensure all displays are organized and visually appealing.
  • Update customers on the status of their orders and ensure they are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a powersports dealership or retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with stocking and organizing parts inventory.
  • Experience with point-of-sale and computerized inventory systems.
  • Ability to remain customer-focused and respond in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to learn about our products and parts.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.
