Job DescriptionAs a Home Health Aide, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Personal Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
Companionship: Providing conversation, emotional support, and engaging in activities that enrich the client's life.
Meal Preparation: Preparing meals according to dietary needs and assisting with feeding if necessary.
Light Housekeeping: Assisting with laundry, cleaning, and other household tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Medication Reminders: Ensuring clients take their medications as prescribed.
Transportation: Assisting with errands, appointments, and outings as needed.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous caregiving experience: While preferred, we are willing to train the right candidates.
Compassionate and patient: With a strong desire to help others and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Effective communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our team.
Reliability and flexibility: Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license, with the ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to caregiving.
