Classet is seeking dedicated Production/Finishing Operators for both DAY and NIGHT shifts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of our products to customers.

Compensation starts at $20 per hour for day shifts and $21 per hour for night shifts. This role begins as a temporary position with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

As a Shipping Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing all gathering, weighing, and packaging tasks across various manufacturing equipment, including the computer control system software.
  • Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and providing feedback to supervisors and management.
  • Upholding cleanliness standards throughout the facility and engaging in 5S initiatives.
  • Carrying out all tasks in a manner that promotes a safe working environment for all staff, adhering to Quality Management System protocols, including proper documentation practices.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere while utilizing effective communication skills.
  • Completing additional tasks as directed by supervisors, leads, or management personnel.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production environment.
  • Capability to operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
  • Proficiency in computer operations.
  • Ability to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds.
