About This Role

We're seeking an experienced attorney to join our team as a Staff Level Attorney. As a member of our Legal Department, you'll provide expert legal advice and guidance on various matters, including contract management, policy development, and regulatory reporting. Your expertise will help us navigate complex regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate in a related field and at least three years of relevant experience. They should be admitted to and currently in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar. Trade compliance experience and knowledge of Third-Party Logistics and some regulatory compliance (EPA, FDA) experience are strongly preferred.

In this role, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to develop and implement effective solutions. You'll also be responsible for representing the company before government agencies and other third-parties when necessary. Additionally, you'll create, update, and review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and laws. Compensation: $92,828 - $134,481 - $176,135 per year.
