The Director, Program Optimization plays a crucial role in driving our mission forward. This position leads a team of internal business advisors who work closely with program and cross-functional teams to assess program needs, improve program performance, and develop operational and financial models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visionary Leadership: Sets direction for the Program Optimization function's work agenda, drawing on trends and best practices in social and business innovation.
  • Strategic Analysis: Drives the use of business analytics to assess programs, performs financial modeling, and cost structure analysis to maximize impact per dollar and ensure scalability.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborates with subject matter experts to create strategic plans and operational models for new programs and social innovation initiatives.
  • Data Architecture: Works with internal departments to ensure data architecture is scalable, repeatable, and secure.
  • Communication and Team Management: Communicates analysis and recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders, builds and coaches a high-performing team.

This role requires over 8 years of experience in consulting, operations, and/or finance, along with strong analytical and quantitative skills, expertise in financial planning, and people management experience.
