Position Overview:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will engage in both individual and group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy within a clinical environment.
Work Schedule:
This role operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend shifts required.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20.00 to $23.50, depending on factors such as experience, education, and location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized ABA therapy in a clinical setting.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of 5-6 RBTs.
- Execute tailored treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Gather and analyze data to assess program effectiveness.
- Completion of RBT certification coursework.
- Current BABC certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
- This is a temporary role with potential for full-time conversion based on attendance, performance, and alignment with clinic culture.
