Automotive Refinisher

Clean and refurbish new and used automobiles to meet dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and time allowances.

• Exterior Cleaning: Wash vehicle exterior, clean interior and exterior windows, and wipe down door jambs.
• Interior Cleaning: Vacuum interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris, clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and devices.
• Specialized Cleaning: Apply special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials that normal cleaning procedures do not remove, following product manufacturer's recommendations.
• Maintenance: Maintain showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times, remove all window stickers on sold vehicles, and keep work area neat and clean.
• Equipment Operation: Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner and report any safety issues immediately to management.

• Regularly stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasionally sit, talk or hear, and taste or smell.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Close vision required.

• Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts.
• Frequently exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions.
• Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
