We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team at a top-rated hospital in Key West, Florida. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel nurse assignment with a 36-hour workweek, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessments, interventions, and education
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
