**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production-based team, you will be responsible for providing uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers using an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). Your calm and helpful demeanor will put our customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution to their pest control needs.

**Responsibilities:**

• Search high and low by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions
• Collect service payments from customers and answer questions patiently
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
