Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Auto Glass Technician to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing high-quality glass repairs and replacements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all-purpose duties, including replacement of automotive glass and repairs on damaged glass
  • Complete pre and post inspections with customers and document repair orders on mobile devices
  • Utilize various tools and scanning equipment to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
  • Remove and install trim panels and interior parts without damaging them
  • Prioritize and manage time to complete assigned daily tasks effectively
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Auto Glass
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills, with ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
  • Provide personable and friendly customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Pass pre-employment screenings, including background, criminal, and MVR checks
