About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team at Allan Myers, Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for fabricating and installing wood and steel forming systems for heavy civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and perform layout according to scale.
  • Possess basic carpentry skills required to build concrete structures.
  • Familiar with setup and operation of bridge finishing machines.
  • Perform duties to Allan Myers Safety production and quality standards.
  • Maintain an image of excellence with regards to jobsite, job trailer, equipment and vehicle housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Requirements:

  • 5-year formwork experience.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School preferred.
  • Carpentry Apprentice Program.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Experience in heavy civil construction industry a plus.
