About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Stores, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and completing other tasks as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment and accurate inventory levels.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
