As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide psychiatric services to adolescents with chronic mental health issues, including those with dual diagnoses.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Lead group and family therapy sessions, as well as provide individual therapy to patients.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement aftercare plans to support patients' continued growth and development.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to the development of program processes and policies.
- Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a LCSW or LMHC in the State of Florida.
- At least one year of direct clinical experience in family, individual, and group therapy with children and adolescents.
- Knowledge of human development across the lifespan and experience working with diverse populations.
