Your Role in Action
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans for our individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Monitor individuals throughout the day, providing care for chronic and acute illnesses or injuries.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and care, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals.
  • Forge relationships with external healthcare providers to ensure seamless, integrated care.
Your Skills and Talents
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each client, their families, or outside agencies
