Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Management: Manage the entire claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for clients in negotiations with insurers, ensuring that their claims are handled fairly and in their best interest.
  • Claims Review & Documentation: Analyze and review claims, ensuring all required documentation is submitted and compliance is maintained.
  • Dispute Resolution: Resolve any issues or disputes between clients and insurance carriers, facilitating prompt settlements.
  • Client Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication to clients throughout the claims process, offering guidance and updates.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with trends, regulations, and best practices in the insurance industry to provide informed advice.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in claims management, advocacy, or insurance-related roles.
  • Licensing: Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with a strong client-focused approach.
