Salary and Benefits

The Division Chief and Staff Physician roles offer competitive compensation packages, with an estimated annual salary range of $250,000 - $350,000, plus additional incentives and benefits. This includes a 75th percentile base salary, a $100,000 sign-on bonus, and a 5% performance-based incentive.

Job Description

As a Division Chief, you will split your time between 70% clinical work and 30% leadership responsibilities. This includes training and development opportunities to enhance your leadership skills. As a Staff Physician, you will enjoy a 32-hour workweek, with the option to expand your role into various subspecialties such as Orbital, Retinal, and Glaucoma.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in ophthalmology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team. A fellowship-trained or board-certified ophthalmologist is preferred.
