Job SummaryWe are seeking an Inpatient Rehabilitation RN to join our team. As a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Rehabilitation department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients, applying the nursing process and critical thinking skills to independently manage patient care.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and promote a positive patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, demonstrating confidence, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
- Participate in unit and organizational activities, demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to serve as a resource to the patient care team.
- Accountable for delivering quality nursing care services and promoting a positive image of nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
