Position Overview:
The Critical Care Flight Paramedic collaborates closely with the Flight Nurse to deliver advanced critical care to patients during air transport. This role requires adherence to established protocols and guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide age-appropriate patient care in collaboration with the Flight Nurse, addressing the needs of Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric patients.
  • Assist in the retrieval and proper return of medical equipment to designated agencies.
  • Participate in the cleaning and restocking of equipment promptly to ensure the aircraft is ready for service.
  • Engage in daily operational tasks alongside the Flight Nurse, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
  • Compile statistical data and contribute to projects as assigned by the Director of Clinical Operations.

Understanding and exceeding customer expectations is paramount. The Critical Care Flight Paramedic plays a vital role in ensuring the safe operation of the aircraft, safeguarding patients, crew members, and on-scene personnel.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies and assisting the pilot with navigation, takeoff, landing, and in-flight procedures.
