Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Golden Corral. As a key member of our food production team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of freshly baked products, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts to meet production needs.
• Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to ensure timely delivery.
• Operate the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper portioning and recipe yields.
• Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide.
• Meet fast-paced demands and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Guest Service:

• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting them with baked goods.
• Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Compensation: $8-11.00 per hour, 35-55 hours per week.
