About the Role:

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a skilled Dining Room Care Manager to provide exceptional dining and table services to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of service and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional dining and table services to residents, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Assist with training team members to maintain high standards of service and care.
  • Maintain the dining room and designated areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in special events and activities to enhance the resident experience.
  • Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and standards.
  • Assist in table top inventories and maintenance to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma preferred / GED accepted.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization and time management skills.
  • Competent in written and verbal communication skills for effective communication.
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
