Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Maintenance Technician to join our team at KNAPP Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing industrial electrical and mechanical expertise to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of our automated equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Resident Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to:

* Provide expert maintenance and repair services for our automated equipment and systems, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
* Develop and implement processes to maintain proper utilization and functionality of our equipment
* Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure seamless operation and minimize downtime
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing your advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
* Provide training and support to our customers' maintenance teams, as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* 8 years of verifiable progressive experience as a Maintenance Repairman, Maintenance Electrician, Machine Repairman, or Industrial Maintenance Engineer
* A degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
* Demonstrated experience in providing repairs on various types of machinery systems, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and a talent for providing unique interpretations of our systems to our customers
* A process-oriented mentality and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
