Make a Lasting Impact on Medical Education

Aquifer, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to advancing healthcare education, is seeking a highly skilled Editor in Chief to lead the development of our Aquifer Psychiatry Course.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the work of case authors and ensure that the content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the needs of health professions students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Aquifer staff to recruit academic contributors and assign cases to appropriate experts
  • Provide guidance to contributors on learning objectives and review drafts for quality and accuracy
  • Ensure that the final version of each case aligns with learning objectives and covers a comprehensive range of topics and clinical scenarios
  • Work with Aquifer staff to create relevant educator resources and publicize the content
Requirements:
  • Active engagement in MD/DO/NP/PA student education in Psychiatry
  • Subject matter expertise related to case content and ability to commit to the project timeline
