Job Summary

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a Part-Time Evening Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide direct care and support to our residents. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
  • Assist with mobility and functional nursing care, including transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit-stand lifts, Hoyer lifts, and whirlpool.
  • Develop professional relationships with residents, family members, co-workers, and supervisors to ensure open communication and mutual respect.
  • Assist with assessments and treatment procedures, including TPRs, BP's, weights, specimen collection, skin care, O2 stats, and O2.
  • Follow Infection Control guidelines, including Standard Precautions, handling of Biohazardous materials, and isolation techniques.
  • Assist with care protocols, including falls prevention, safety, elopement, behavior management, skin integrity, and bowel and bladder management.
  • Provide assistance/oversight with all nutritional and hydration needs.
  • Accept resident assignment and direction from the Nurse Leader, observing and reporting any changes in physical or mental function.
  • Demonstrate awareness of shared responsibilities for resident care needs and contribute to the general care and order of resident rooms, belongings, and common areas.
  • Cooperate with the overall needs of the facility during times of increased demands.
  • Understand and follow established facility protocols regarding Resident Rights, Abuse reporting, HIPAA, and emergency response.
  • Encourage and assist residents in participating in social and recreational activities.
  • Accurately document the level of care provided, including LNA flow sheets and all other data collection as defined by the individual Care Plan.
Qualifications
  • Active NH LNA License
  • Prior experience working directly with senior citizens is strongly preferred

RiverWoods Exeter offers a competitive pay rate, starting at $23.50+ per hour, including overnight differential.
