**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Controls Engineer to join our team in Charleston, SC. As a Manufacturing Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes through investigations, quality improvements, documentation, mentoring, and leading initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) with 3+ years of technical experience.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced automated equipment technologies, including press/torque systems, robotics, automated axis systems, vision systems, and feeding systems.
  • Proven experience in mechanical tool and hardware design or upgrades.
  • Programming experience preferred (e.g., PLC programming, C#, Python, HTML/JavaScript).
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
