Key Responsibilities
- Set up your work area efficiently to ensure a smooth production process
- Assemble parts together in accordance with quality standards and prescribed instructions
- Operate hand tools as needed to complete the assembly process
- Stack completed products in accordance with established procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure your work area is safe, clean, and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate
- Complete pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklists and report any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate production records as required
- Verify materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards
- Perform duties in accordance with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards
- Participate in safety, continuous improvement, and other programs and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- No minimum experience is necessary, but 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of basic math is essential
- Must be at least 18 years of age
