Job Summary:

Clinical Laboratory Scientist - Weekend Program

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at Paoli Hospital. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will play a critical role in performing complex testing to detect, diagnose, and treat disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of complex testing procedures, including specimen processing and test performance.
  • Report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or related field.
  • MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Previous laboratory computer system experience preferred.

Work Schedule:

This is a per diem position, working every other weekend and every other holiday. Training will take place during weekday hours.
