Speech-Language Pathologist

Blazer Jobs, in partnership with the local school district, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position during the 2024-2025 school year in Fairfield, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students' communication goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
