Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and meet customer demands.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure a safe dining experience.
• Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes and ideas to enhance our offerings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a line cooking or prep cook role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Permit and any other relevant certifications.
