About This Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily operational and investment accounting, including account reconciliations, accounts payable, and transaction reporting.
  • Prepare detailed reconciliations for bank, credit card, and investment accounts across multiple entities, trusts, and individuals.
  • Assist with maintaining general ledgers and support Treasury functions for multiple accounts.
  • Manage the transaction entry process for a variety of asset types, including private equity funds and hedge funds.
  • Support tax filings and compliance for partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and individuals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, reporting, or client service.
  • Experience with partnership, trust, and investment accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite or Addepar is preferred.
  • A proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
