Safety is a top priority at True Value. We're seeking a Regional EHS Specialist to support our designated group of RDCs and management in their efforts to manage all safety-related items. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance, as well as experience with Powered Industrial Vehicles (Material Handling Equipment).

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Support the application of safety procedures and safety culture
• Drive and assist True Value efforts at the RDCs by improving the safety culture into one that integrates safety compliance and excellence with daily operations
• Supports Management in your region to implement Regulatory/compliance programs to include: Assessment of safety best practices, training, compliance, and injury reduction programs
• Track, report, benchmark and identify safety trend data to assist local management in reducing incidents and losses
• Proactively, identify, provide solutions/recommendations and immediate problem solve, to provide safety recommendations for Management

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years' experience
• Demonstrated experience with Powered Industrial Vehicles (Material Handling Equipment)
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

**Work Environment:**

Generally, works in climate-controlled office environment. Travel may vary in length and duration.
