Job Summary

The UR Coordinator is a critical role within our healthcare organization, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of patient care. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review patient admissions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Monitor and analyze patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or nursing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a utilization review or clinical operations role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
