In the Risk Management sector, your role will be to utilize your expertise to effectively balance proactive safety measures and real-time risk mitigation.

Our team, which includes Claims, Insurance, Finance, and Safety, provides a comprehensive approach to managing risks across all operations.

We deliver solutions that create value, reduce risks, influence business decisions, and ensure compliance.

As a Logistics Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the safety program at your designated site.

Implement structured routines for data analysis, trend evaluation, leadership standard practices, hazard assessments, and effective communication with leadership.

Ensure compliance with all risk management obligations at both leadership and team member levels, escalating issues as necessary.

Collaborate with leadership to emphasize key safety initiatives, including fostering a robust safety culture and identifying hazards within the site/network, working with relevant partners for remediation.

Develop a strategic safety action plan for the site.


Facilitate positive outcomes, including vendor management of onsite medical representatives in collaboration with HR and the Claims team.

Lead and manage all regulatory inspections, such as OSHA, EPA, and Fire, ensuring appropriate responses and remediation measures.

Support more complex facilities based on prototypes, such as RDC and FDC, considering factors like payroll exposure and the level of innovation and automation.

This includes providing necessary training, conducting investigations, and communicating effectively with the entire site population.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel as required.
Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent experience.
