At The Children's Home of Reading Youth & Family Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time Kitchen Staff member. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the well-being and nourishment of our residents by preparing and serving meals in a safe, clean, and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals for residents, adhering to high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and surroundings to prevent contamination and ensure a clean working environment.
- Assist with food storage, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement meal planning strategies that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Prior experience in cooking, food preparation, or a related field is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as scheduled.
- Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
