  • Process payroll for approximately 600+ employees in multiple states.
  • Work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
  • Verify timecards for accuracy and ensure timely approvals.
  • Assist with employee tax and regulatory inquiries regarding all types of compensation.
  • Run biweekly reports, prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.
  • Support the day-to-day administration of all aspects of the company's equity compensation plans.
  • Build and maintain employee confidence and trust by setting up processes for promptly responding to requests while protecting the confidentiality of payroll operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Payroll specific role, supporting a multi-state Payroll.
  • Experience working with payroll applications and service providers (Workday payroll, preferred and/or ADP Smart Compliance).
  • Experience/knowledge with stock/equity administration is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR & Payroll related issues.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
  • Detail oriented, deadline driven and work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must have outstanding work ethic and exhibit a roll-up your sleeves work attitude.
  • Ability to comfortably interact with employees of all levels of experience and seniority, across the organization and uses discretion when dealing with sensitive employee payroll matters.
  • Ability to work closely with the payroll vendors to ensure payroll deadlines, objectives, quality of service and operational performance are met.
  • Flexibility in terms of willingness to meet varied and changing demands.
