Job Summary
We are seeking a Financial Service Representative to join our team in Holbrook, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging clients, building relationships, and driving the client experience. You will also be required to accurately process cash transactions, manage financial center traffic, and follow established processes and guidelines.

Responsibilities
* Engage clients in the lobby to educate them on conducting transactions through self-service resources
* Accurately process cash transactions and have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities
* Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
* Manage financial center traffic and appointments effectively
* Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank

Requirements
* Experience in sales, preferably in a salary plus incentive environment
* Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associates Degree
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
* Strong work ethic and motivation
