Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Groundworks is seeking a talented Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Columbia, SC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for partnering with homeowners to diagnose issues and estimate repairs through our foundation repair and water management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home inspections to diagnose and educate homeowners on foundation issues
  • Develop and maintain a book of business through warm pre-qualified leads
  • Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals
  • Closing sales with customers in the home
  • Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline

Requirements:

  • Experience in business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales
  • Background in construction, foundation repair, or similar home services industry
  • Clearly defined sales and income goals along with a strong commitment to their execution
  • Positive attitude focused on customer service and satisfaction
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
