We are seeking a highly qualified Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at Texas State University. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of research projects, collaborate with faculty members, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in their field.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and scholarly activities under the supervision of a faculty member
- Develop and implement research projects, including designing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting results
- Collaborate with faculty members and other researchers to advance knowledge in their field
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, as needed
- Participate in departmental and university service activities
- Recently awarded a Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate in a relevant discipline
- Previous research experience, including manuscript drafting and publication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in teaching and mentoring students
- Publication record in reputable academic journals
- Experience with grant writing and research funding
