Estimator Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Estimator to join our team. As an estimator, you will be responsible for developing accurate repair plans, communicating with customers and insurance companies, and maintaining a smooth workflow within the body shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive repair estimates for each vehicle.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and insurance companies.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and prioritization to meet deadlines and achieve production goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive repair industry.
  • Familiarity with CCC One software and CDK experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
