We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Patient Support Specialist at Serenity Healthcare.

About the Role

As a Patient Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients throughout their TMS treatment journey. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and compassionate environment, motivating patients to complete their treatment and building trust and gratitude with them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients during their treatment
  • Collaborate with our highly qualified team of providers to educate and motivate patients
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and their families
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of steady work experience, preferably in customer service
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to quickly relate to a variety of people
  • Grounded and empathetic individual with a desire to help others
