Position Overview: As a Property Leasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of apartment leasing, including tenant onboarding, lease renewals, and resident relations. Your focus will be on maximizing occupancy rates and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective and current residents to deliver exceptional customer service and promote a positive living experience.
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including traffic generation, qualification of potential residents, and lease documentation preparation.
  • Maintain model apartments in excellent condition for tours and orientations.
  • Ensure timely processing of renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records of leasing activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist with resident relations by addressing requests and concerns promptly.
  • Support management with administrative tasks, including answering inquiries and processing invoices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; prior experience in sales or residential leasing preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
