Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Pet Hotel Associate. As a key member of our Operations Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to our canine guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to dogs of all sizes and breeds, including feeding, exercise, and playtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests, adhering to industry-leading cleaning and sanitizing standards.
• Assist with the supervision of social groups, providing enrichment activities and monitoring play styles and interactions.
• Perform health checks, including monitoring body condition, ears, gums, paws, and overall health.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and personality types.
• Experience working in a kennel, shelter, rescue, or veterinary facility is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
